The Role:
As a Service Centre Membership Advisor, you will play a key role in upholding the company's reputation for outstanding customer service. You'll handle a variety of enquiries, resolving them directly where possible or escalating them to the appropriate team. Your goal will be to deliver consistent, high-quality support in line with team standards.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a passion for helping others. You should have:
Exceptional customer service skills and experience in a similar role
Strong IT proficiency
Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience managing multi-channel enquiries (e.g., phone, email, chat)
Outstanding written and verbal communication skillsWorking Hours:
Flexible shift rotation between 7:00am and 7:00pm, Monday to Friday
Hybrid working: 2 days from home after training and probation period.Salary & Benefits
£27,672 per annum
