Job Description:
The Revenue Operations Solution Center is a globally organized pre-sales deal support group of experts whose mission is to provide ultimate expertise to focus on customer’s business requirements and help win sales opportunities or accelerate cloud consumption.
Using the RevOps Solution Center, customers can architect, customize, and test their solutions with Oracle Cloud, Cloud@Customer, On-Premises systems, and Hybrid and Multi-Cloud scenarios in a secure, scalable, and interoperable environment for all deployment models.

* You have enthusiasm, energy, and ability to evangelize and expand the footprint of Oracle cloud platform and services with initiatives like Data Science, AI, Mobility, Digital, and Cloud.
* You have great communication skills and can interact at all levels (CIO, CTO, Product Engineering, IT Architects, and developers).
* Engage with customers and position Oracle's strategic propositions to their best advantage through technical presentations, whiteboard/roundtable discussions, 'hands-on' technical product workshops, and Proof of Concepts or performance tests.

As a Principal Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for formulating and leading pre-sales technical/support activities to prospective clients and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants. Focus on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develop productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants. Develop and deliver outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Lead all aspects of the technical sales process. Advise clients on overall architectural solutions.
Design, build, and deliver customer demonstrations and technology workshops to articulate, update, and evangelize Oracle-based technical and product solutions.
* Enthusiasm, energy, and ability to evangelize and expand the footprint of Oracle cloud platform and services with initiatives like Data Science, AI, Mobility, Digital, and Cloud.
* Participate in or lead customer-specific Proof of Concepts or performance tests
* Articulate the credibility of Oracle's AI, Data Science, and Machine Learning Technology products and solutions, from technical to board level, focusing on key decision-makers.
* Ability to deliver interactively, without a pre-defined script, and answer questions & demonstrate ‘how’ issues can be solved.
* Understand the competitive landscape, recognize and communicate opportunities to up-sell based on product expertise.
* Have a thorough understanding of relevant Technical Architectures, their applicability, and advantages/disadvantages.
* Liaise with Oracle ecosystem: Account Teams, Sales Consulting, Product teams to understand customer needs, learn new product features, and contribute to communities and cooperation.
EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE REQUIREMENTS
We expect at least 5-7 years of Oracle deep technical hands-on experience in three or more of the following areas:
AI Infrastructure experience and experience with LLMs is a MUST.
AI Infrastructure Design: Lead architecture and implementation of AI and HPC infrastructure supporting GenAI/AI/ML workloads.
AI Deployment: Experience deploying large models in production on clouds (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments, using microservices and containerization.
Large Language Models (LLMs): Expertise in working with closed and open-source LLMs, including training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
Performance Optimization: Drive AI infrastructure and application efficiency improvements on Oracle OCI.
Security & Compliance: Ensure AI solutions comply with industry standards and policies.
Operating Systems, Protocols and Tools: Strong Linux skills, experience with networking protocols, and high-performance storage knowledge.
* Experience in selling & positioning Oracle Offerings
* Ability to travel as needed
* Strong relationship-building skills
* Excellent organization, time, and project management skills
* Advanced English communication skills
The mandatory technical skills should be gained in a front-line customer-facing role.
This is a hybrid / office-based role. Minimum 3 days a week in the office are required.

Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Language
For UK: Fluent in English; second EMEA language is an advantage.
For France, Germany, Poland, Romania, UAE: Local language and fluent in English are mandatory.
