A fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Oxford office as an Executive Assistant.
The role
This role provides comprehensive Executive Assistant services to the local teams. You will work closely with Team Leaders and Regional Executive Services Managers, utilizing available resources such as the Document Production team, Administrative Assistants, and Business Services. While you will have some autonomy in structuring your day, you will be an integral part of your team. It is important to align with the firm's values, maintain good client knowledge, and foster strong relationships across the business and with clients where appropriate.
The person
Ideal candidates will have experience in a professional services environment, possibly supporting lawyers or similar professionals. They will be natural organizers, thrive in multi-tasking roles, and work well with diverse teams across the business.
The Role Additionally Requires Someone Who
* Will manage multiple lawyers and delegate tasks appropriately using support teams;
* Is confident in setting and prioritizing their own work agenda;
* Is organized and methodical in approach;
* Has strong written and verbal communication skills;
* Has excellent attention to detail, communicates effectively, and works well within a team;
* Can build sustainable relationships with internal and external clients; and
* Is willing to take on new responsibilities and challenges with resilience.
