As part of the Residential Student Support Team, you will bevital in helping our studentsto get the most out living away from home in a safe and supportive environment. You will also be responsible for carrying out any checks required for individual students in a professional and timely fashion throughout the night. It is vital that you accurately record and report students needs and progress throughout the night.
We know working with care can bring unsociable hours and regular changing Rota's, so at Henshaws we offer our staff a fixed Rota! This allows our staff to fit work around life and not life around work.

Qualifications
* NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care with willingness to work toward Level 3
