Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account & Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and deliver revenue growth for our IT Asset Management and digital solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong consultative sales approach, experience in software/SaaS solutions, and a proven track record in managing C-level client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the full sales cycle for IT Asset Management, SaaS, and digital transformation solutions, from prospecting to contract closure.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders across enterprise accounts.
* Drive new business development initiatives, identifying opportunities in existing accounts and new market segments.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and positioning.
* Collaborate with partners, vendors, and internal teams to design and deliver tailored solutions.
* Manage and forecast sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and apply methodologies like MEDDPICC for complex deals.
* Deliver compelling presentations and demos to showcase software capabilities and business value.
* Achieve and exceed revenue targets while contributing to long-term strategic growth.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in IT/Software/SaaS sales, preferably in IT Asset Management, digital transformation, ERP, or cybersecurity solutions.
* Strong business development and account management experience, managing mid-to-large enterprise clients.
* Expertise in consultative selling, solution positioning, and pipeline management.
* Ability to engage with senior executives and decision-makers across industries (financial services, healthcare, public sector, retail, professional services).
* Experience in managing strategic partnerships and joint sales initiatives.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems and sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger).
