The Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator will provide end-to-end recruitment services to both hiring managers and strategic partners, to ensure delivery against the business needs and provide a high-quality candidate experience. The duties of the Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator include: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future resourcing needs across departments Source high-quality candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach Lead employer branding initiatives, including participation in recruitment fairs, webinars, and promotional campaigns Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the College's recruitment system (Networx) Produce timely and insightful recruitment reports to support data-driven decision-making.
