A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Integrated Logistic Support Manager to join a Customer Support business area to support next generation missile systems for worldwide customers.
This role performs the duties of the Integrated Logistic Support Manager and reports to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery and sustainment of next generation missile systems across a global customer base
* Develop and manage Integrated Logistic Support strategies across the programme lifecycle
* Coordinate through-life support activities from supply chain through to customer delivery
* Liaise with international customers to ensure effective programme support and serviceability
* Manage multiple concurrent issues and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Contribute to strategic planning of support solutions and weapon system support models
* Ensure effective programme management across complex defence support activities
The ideal candidate would have:
* A broad engineering background with a degree in a numerate or technical discipline
* Experience within defence, aerospace, or complex engineering support environments
* Knowledge of weapon systems support models
* Understanding of predictive logistics principles
* Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple competing demands
* Experience in strategic planning across supply chain and customer delivery functions
* Strong stakeholder and customer facing capability
The ideal candidate must have:
- Proven Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) experience
