About the business
You’ll join a multidisciplinary consultancy blending architecture, surveying, project management and asset services under one roof. The Liverpool team works closely with the wider North West offices, delivering projects across education, NHS estates and commercial property. What you’ll do
• Carry out condition surveys, defect analysis and building assessments
• Support project delivery across refurbishments and new-build schemes
• Assist with contract admin, reporting and client liaison
• Work with architects, PMs and cost consultants across integrated projects
What you’ll bring
• Experience in building surveying (graduates also considered)
• Strong surveying and report-writing skills
• Proactive, organised and confident working with clients
• A willingness to travel across the North West for project needs
