Warehouse First Line Manager

We are looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to join our Dunelm site in Stoke. You’ll be responsible for leading your team to achieve business goals through a focus on continuous improvement and a team‑based culture.
This is a full‑time, permanent position working an ‘any 5 from 7’ day shift pattern, the hours of work will be 14:00 – 22:00.

Pay: Up to £30,000 per annum.

What you’ll do on a typical day
* Take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the warehouse in your area, leading, motivating and developing your team to achieve targets.
* Pro‑actively support the site and customer’s continuous improvement initiatives, acting as an advocate on site for cultural change.
* With a good understanding of Health & Safety make sure all operational processes are fully compliant with our policies, while accurately identifying risks and escalating findings.
* Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to fully understand customer and company requirements, incorporating them into planning and reporting tools, activities and projects.
