The Role: We seek an experienced Car Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Nissan Ashford. You will manage a team of Sales Executives and a Transaction Manager, overseeing both New and Used Vehicle Sales, with responsibilities including budgeting and forecasting.
Responsibilities include:
1. Managing the Sales team.
2. Motivating the team to meet sales targets for vehicles, finance, and insurance products.
3. Customer liaison, complaint handling, and promoting dealership services.
4. Ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
5. Preparing finance proposals in the best interest of customers.
Requirements: Previous experience as a sales manager in an automotive main dealership, with skills in relationship building, team leadership, professionalism, and alignment with Marshall Values: People, Customers, Integrity, Innovation.
