Legal Administrator – Property Management

As a Legal Administrator, you will be the person in charge of keeping the legal and compliance wheels turning smoothly — from supporting transactions to managing leasehold obligations and resident matters. You'll be a key link between solicitors, leaseholders, and internal teams, ensuring everything is delivered accurately and on time.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Acting as the first point of contact for customer, contractor, and solicitor enquiries.
* Managing pre-contract and due diligence queries, supporting property sales and transfers.
* Drafting, reviewing, and issuing legal documents (Deeds, Certificates, Consents, Lease Extensions).
* Overseeing completions, system updates (Qube), resident registrations, and record-keeping.
* Handling financial tasks including invoicing, payments, refunds, and finance packs.
* Supporting company secretarial duties and maintaining accurate registers.
* Assisting with contract and risk management processes, ensuring compliance.
* Preparing clear written communications and liaising with stakeholders to deliver excellent service.
Main Skills Needed:
* Background in property management or block management is desired.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle queries empathetically and professionally.
* Confident in managing financial and legal documentation.
* Highly organised with great attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills — written and verbal.
* Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of tasks.
