Internal Sales Executive
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: £27,500–£30,500 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission + Year-End Bonus
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Executive to join a growing UK team within a leading manufacturer of water treatment solutions for the building services industry.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth by building strong relationships with mechanical and electrical contractors and building merchants. This is an office-based position where you will work closely with the Regional Account Manager and internal departments to deliver excellent service and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and merchants across the UK
Promote and sell water treatment products via telephone
Collaborate with the Regional Account Manager to meet and exceed sales targets
Prepare and issue accurate customer quotations
Coordinate deliveries for regional orders
Handle inbound customer enquiries, offering solutions and support
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate project and account information
Participate in training sessions to develop product and technical knowledge
Work closely with technical and commercial teams to enhance understanding
Key Skills & Experience
Previous sales experience (ideally in a technical or B2B environment)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Confident telephone manner
Customer-focused with a commitment to high service standards
High attention to detail and accuracy
Results-driven with a proactive approach
Interest in or knowledge of the water treatment industry
