Main responsibilities will include:
* Support the Head of Sales & Design in managing key customer relationships across multiple apparel categories
* Assist in building and maintaining strong client connections, ensuring excellent communication and service at all times
* Provide administrative support, keeping all trackers, order details, and communications organised and up to date
* Manage sales samples, including booking in‑out, tracking, and ensuring efficient sample flow across teams and clients
* Work closely with factories to support on costings, helping to ensure competitive pricing and timely responses
* Monitor market trends, in‑store activity, and pricing, feeding insights back to the wider team
* Coordinate between design, production, and client teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery
Person specification:
* Previous experience in fashion or apparel, either on the supplier or retail side
* Proficiency in Excel and highly organised and accurate
* Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
* A collaborative, proactive attitude; someone who thrives in a small team setting
