Overview
This role is based in the North of UK. As an Aortic Customized Solutions Specialist at our company, you will be the local/regional expert supporting Cook's CMD (Customized Made Device) program. Your primary responsibility will be to train and support the vascular surgeons (VS) and local sales teams in complex aortic repair procedures. You will be allocated to specific regions/countries to provide expert guidance and support, ensuring successful outcomes for advanced CMD cases across the country. Collaboration with internal teams and close engagement with customers will be crucial in driving sales, enhancing customer experience, and achieving business objectives.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Business Area:
1. Local / regional expert to support Cook’s CMD program.
2. Train and support the VS and local sales team in complex aortic repair.
3. Region/Country allocation

4. Engage with customers to drive sales, service, and customer experience.
5. Support our product and service delivery to customers to drive development of sales opportunities.
6. Highly clinically and procedural aware, to support and drive sales opportunities by regularly attending clinical cases.
7. Provide expert knowledge of the product portfolio and other possible devices related.
8. Responsible for providing service to clinical customers defined.
9. Case planning & support using cook products.
10. Be present in the labs and help the staff achieve successful outcomes using cook products.
11. Present and deliver product initiatives.
12. Provide technical product training to customers.
13. Collects clinical, procedural and competitor data to support business analysis.
14. Collaboration:
15. Work closely with planning center on CMD cases
16. Close collaboration with the Training Team to facilitate internal and external training.
17. Close collaboration with the Planning Center
18. Mentor and train the CSS, Aortic on procedures and other CMD related technology.
Organizational:
19. Meets or exceeds the administration requirements related to job role.
20. Adheres to company policies, process, and procedures consistent with company timelines.
21. Understand their role and how it fits into the Cook structure to ensure customer and business objectives are meet.
22. Proves in their actions that they understand the importance of teamwork and how it aligns with the companies’ policies and expectations.
23. Working closely RBM to ensure goals are achieved and aligned with business plan.
24. Participation at relevant local and international exhibitions, meetings and lectures forwarding relevant information to divisional team.
25. Provide written reports and analysis to the Regional Business Manager as appropriate.
Qualifications
26. Ability to meet frequently with customers and other decision makers.
27. Must have extensive experience with complex cases.
28. Ability to travel frequently throughout assigned territory.
29. Proven track record of strong business acumen
30. Previous medical sales experience preferred.
31. Product or Procedural knowledge an advantage.
32. Good communication and inter-personal skills.
33. Language Skills - good written and verbal command of English and other relevant languages.
34. Excellent numeric skills.
35. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
36. Proven problem-solving skills.
37. Excellent organizational skills.
38. High self-motivation.
39. Prior sales experience is preferred.
40. Availability and willingness to travel extensively on Company business. Average weekly travel is 2 to 3 overnights per week
41. Current driving licence.
