Overview
To lead and provide a high-quality, safe and patient-focused clinical pharmacist service to Trauma and Orthopaedics, Rheumatology and Pain Services to meet professional, divisional and Trust requirements.
Responsibilities
* Provide specialist pharmacist advice on medicines to Trauma and Orthopaedics, Rheumatology and Pain Services prescribers, clinicians, nursing staff and patients.
* Contribute to the development of medicines management and optimisation throughout the patient care pathway.
* Participate in the wider pharmacy service and its development in response to patient care needs.
