Salary: £14.24 - £28.48 per hour (PAYE)

Key Responsibilities
* Support trained nurses in delivering direct patient care within a mental health setting in Bargoed.
* Observe, monitor, and record patient conditions accurately.
* Provide therapeutic care with dignity, compassion, and honesty.
* Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients with severe and enduring mental illness.
* Support patients with mental health needs and personality disorders on locked wards.
* Follow care plans and contribute to rehabilitation programmes.
Requirements
* Minimum of 6 months recent UK experience in an acute mental health setting in Bargoed.
* Practical Manual Handling and TMVA training (or willing to undertake training).
* Right to work in the UK.
* UK residency.
* Driving licence and own vehicle are essential.
* Registration with Social Care Wales.
