Position – Children’s Deputy Manager
What’s in it for you? A base salary of £35,000 p.a. plus one contracted sleep-in per week. Total salary £38,200 p.a. Plus benefits such as 28 days annual leave, bonuses and pension

Your hours – You will take part in a pre-planned shift pattern consisting of 2 long days and one 8 hour per week, plus one sleep-in

Their goal is to focus on staff development so team members undergo continuous training to support growth and knowledge. You will have adequate tools to carry out your job safely, whilst feeling valued.
What would your responsibilities be? The main aim of a Deputy Manager is to assist the Manager with the development of the service and staff team, to ensure high levels of therapeutic support is given to the children and young people in the home.
