Job Description
You'll act as a trusted advisor to front office and senior stakeholders, managing legal risk and supporting leveraged finance transactions across the EMEA region. Key responsibilities include:
3. Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating syndicated loan documentation and ancillary agreements.
4. Advising on structuring points, regulatory compliance, and market-standard documentation.
5. Representing Legal on bank-wide projects and committees.
6. Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and occasionally supporting global offices on English law matters.
