We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Science Teacher to join our vibrant and forward-thinking secondary school in Burton-on-Trent, starting in September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational teacher who is passionate about the sciences and who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences. You will be joining a supportive and collaborative Science department where innovation and creativity are encouraged.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality science lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Track and assess student progress, providing targeted feedback to ensure academic growth.
- Create a positive, stimulating classroom environment that supports learning and promotes high standards.
- Contribute to curriculum development and participate in department planning and evaluation.
Requirement:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
