About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and results-focused Marketing Manager to join our recruitment agency. You’ll help us grow by creating marketing campaigns & literature that attract the right candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and run marketing campaigns that get results and help build our brand.
Manage social media, email marketing, SEO, and online ads.
Create engaging content like blogs, newsletters, videos, brochures, and client testimonials.
Collaborate with the business development team to align marketing with sales goals and drive growth.
Work closely with our recruitment team to make sure marketing matches what clients and candidates need.
Look at what other companies are doing and check how our campaigns are performing to improve them.
Help organise and take part in industry events and job fairs.
Keep track of marketing results and share reports.
Lead and complete a website revamp, plus manage and update website content on an ongoing basis.
About you:
A qualification in marketing, PR, or a related field – or proven experience in marketing, ideally within professional services.
Know-how with digital marketing tools like LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
Creative and able to come up with interesting marketing ideas.
Able to look at data and use it to improve campaigns.
Works well with others and can manage different tasks at the same time.
