We are looking for a Beauty Consultant to join us as our Maison Ambassador, with opportunities available on both a full-time and part-time basis. You will deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury skincare experience, build meaningful and lasting relationships with our discerning clients, and create carefully curated experiences with impeccable etiquette.
Main Accountabilities
1. Make smart business decisions based on brand and business ambition
2. Achieve the sales objectives based on retention and recruitment of clients, especially High Net Worth Individuals and existing VIPs.
3. Guarantee meaningful business relationships across the store, especially with Personal Shoppers, concierges, etc
4. Ensure retail excellence is always performed, maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards are maintained at the point of sale
5. Create a deep connection with the client to understand their needs, build trust and long-lasting relationship
6. Pro-actively introduce and recommend relevant products, ensuring a personalised 1:1 luxury and professional service at all times
7. Engage clients and maintain relationships using La Prairie’s clienteling tools and systems
8. Be knowledgeable on all products, ensuring the heritage, skin science and benefits are always conveyed in a relevant way to the client
9. Ensure exceptional service through encouraging the application of products either on counter or within the cabin
Qualifications:
10. Experience of providing high quality skincare treatments to clients
11. Exceptional service mindset – you take pleasure and satisfaction in providing an outstanding service to your clients
12. Strong retail experience
13. Real passion for beauty and skincare with an affinity for luxury, always striving for excellence
14. Strong business acumen to drive sales and go beyond business objectives
15. Ability to connect and engage with our discerning client, transforming that connection into a personal relationship through excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and client centric customer service
16. Ability to build relationships throughout the store to find new opportunities
17. Ability to be a great team player as part of a high impact team, driven by diverse thoughts and opinions.
