We are looking for a medical, healthcare or scientific salesperson with distributor management experience overseas.
1. Hybrid role: 1-2 days/week in High Wycombe office
2. Regular international travel across Europe OR Asia

The Role:
4. This role focuses on managing and growing distribution channels across Europe OR Asia (2 different jobs)
5. Selling advanced water purification systems for laboratories, hospitals, and research facilities.
6. Developing strong relationships with key decision-makers including MDs, sales directors, lab managers, and procurement teams.
7. You'll be responsible for increasing product sales via distributors while understanding the unique market demographics of each region.
8. This is a hybrid role, with 1-2 days per week in the High Wycombe office and the remainder from home
9. Plus regular international travel of around one week per month.
10. You will have ownership of your territory, the ability to shape your strategy, and direct impact on the company's growth!

Requirements:
11. Medical, healthcare or scientific sales experience
12. Proven experience selling technical products via distribution or managing distributor networks
13. Based within 2 hours of High Wycombe
14. Full driving licence

The Package:
15. Basic: £50,000 - £60,000
16. Annual bonus: 10-15% realistic from year 1
17. Company car or £5,000 car allowance

20. Hybrid working: 1-2 days/week office, remainder WFH
