Learning and Development Manager Zertus UK&I Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:30 Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum Humdinger Ltd, Kinnerton Confectionery and Lir Chocolates are the people behind some of the most loved nut and chocolate products including the number one free from chocolate NOMO. Our people function prides itself on unleashing the talent of our people and we are looking for an L&D Manager to help us do this! This is a hybrid role allowing a mix of home and site-based working. We have manufacturing sites across the UK including Heckington Lincolnshire, Bromborough Wirral, Fakenham Norfolk and Sherburn in Elmet Leeds. So, if you are based close to one of these locations and enjoy some travel to visit your team and stakeholders across the rest of the business this could be ideal for you. The role reports directly to the HR Director therefore has a close connection with the board of directors and site leadership teams making it a great opportunity to work directly with decision making stakeholders. This role is a great opportunity for an L&D professional with drive and ambition to move onto a larger Company or to the next level of their career providing ownership for the current and future direction of our L&D agenda and to lead a team of 5 training coordinators. The role involves (plus other great activities): Coordinating and delivering our fantastic annual Leadership Development Programme across our sites. Establishing talent mapping processes and future succession planning needs Leading and supporting our Training Coordinators to ensure compliance and development training is delivered and tracked effectively. Designing and delivering engaging training sessions, workshops, and eLearning content using tools like Articulate. Supporting the performance development review (PDR) process and helping managers identify and develop talent. Shaping and delivering graduate and apprenticeship programmes. Working with managers to understand team development needs and create tailored learning solutions. Supporting the development and rollout of factory training programmes and competency frameworks. Managing the Learning Management System (Papaya LMS), ensuring accurate records, reporting and maintenance by the Training Coordinators. Working with stakeholders to establish training budgets and supporting the use of the apprenticeship levy.
