Position Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and inspirational Modern Matron to work within the North Lincolnshire Community Directorate. The post holder will work with the Directorate Leads to ensure that the teams within the directorate deliver high‑quality, safe, effective care and provide the best possible outcomes for people using our services. You will be a highly visible, compassionate leader with strong values that align with those of the organisation, and will inspire, motivate and empower clinicians in the safe and effective delivery of care and treatment.

* Provide direct supervision to team leaders and/or ward leaders in the care group in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
* Provide professional nursing advice and professional standards guidance to teams as required
