The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work in progress, and final jobs from the Image team.
Type of work includes: 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching, requiring a dedicated point of contact for each specialist area.
Work arrangement: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week.

This role demands a highly organized and methodical individual with strong communication skills, capable of planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously. The goal is to support clients across various media globally, ensuring quality and timely delivery by effectively multitasking and understanding project timelines and requirements.
Accountabilities
* Take briefs from any business area and oversee the delivery of all image assets.
* Build positive, proactive relationships within the team.
* Understand client challenges to gauge priorities.
* Contribute to team strategy and planning discussions.
* Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development.
* Assess the feasibility of creative briefs based on requirements, time, and resources.
* Gain thorough knowledge of client systems, review, and production processes.
* Ensure work progresses on time and within budget, keeping job statuses updated daily.
* Keep team members informed about project statuses.
* Motivate team members during high-pressure periods.
* Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure briefs are accurate and complete.
* Work with brief owners to ensure all assets are available for timely delivery.
* Act as the communication link between the Image team and other departments.
* Manage accounts system, raising POs for outsourced or freelance work.
* Ensure all estimates are approved before starting work.
* Issue invoices promptly and accurately.
Skills
Requires at least 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within a CG or Photography environment. A strong interest in CG or photography is beneficial. Willingness to learn relevant software to enhance understanding and efficiency. Personal qualities include decision-making ability, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, proactivity, and a positive attitude.
