Client Administrator - Guildford £25,000 - £26,500 per annum (Full-time, Maternity Cover (6 months)) We’re working with a well-established organisation that is looking for an organised and enthusiastic Client Administrator to join their team on a 6-month maternity cover contract. This is a great opportunity for someone with administration and/or customer service experience who enjoys variety in their role, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. What you’ll be doing: * Delivering outstanding service – keeping colleagues up to date, resolving queries quickly, and providing clear communication. * General admin support – handling post and courier services, managing filing and archiving, and preparing documents. * Practical problem-solving – supporting with tasks such as payment requests, expense submissions, and record-keeping. * Supporting projects – helping with ad hoc requests, team initiatives, and cross-departmental admin support. * Attention to detail – ensuring all records and documents are accurate, properly organised, and easy to access. What we’re looking for: * At least 6 months’ experience in administration or customer service. * Confident communication skills – both written and verbal. * Highly organised with a strong eye for detail. * A proactive team player who enjoys supporting others. * A positive, solutions-focused approach to work.
