The Financial Accountant will support our Financial Controller in leading the financial accounting processes across the business.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and insightfulness of financial outputs, while partnering with stakeholders across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Reporting including preparing monthly management accounts, supporting audits and contributing to the annual budget
* Controls & Systems including process improvement, CAPEX process and insurance renewal process
* Business Partnering including preparing overhead reports and forecasting processes
* Projects including challenging the business on the spend and "value for money" and reviewing the working capital
Requirements
About You
You will be a fully qualified accountant with exceptional experience in financial accounting, controls and reporting. Experience within FMCG is preferred.
You will be a strong communicator and confident in engaging across all levels of our business.
Being well-organised, resilient and determined will also allow you to be successful in this role.
We have a hybrid way of working with each team organising their own whereabouts - you can expect to be in the office at least 2 days a week.
We advise that you drive and have access to a car as our site is not easily accessible by public transport.
