As we continue to grow our digital presence, we are seeking a passionate and data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to help tell our story, connect with our audience, and drive online and in-store sales through smart, insight-led marketing strategies.
The Digital Marketing Analyst will play a key role in shaping our online presence and supporting our marketing campaigns with clear, actionable insights. Youll be responsible for analyzing data from our website, social media, online store, and advertising campaigns to help us engage better with customers and grow our community of Afro-Caribbean food lovers.
Key Responsibilities:
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns across platforms likeGoogle Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and our eCommerce store.
Create performance dashboards and regular reports for the marketing team and management.
Provide recommendations to improve campaign engagement, website traffic, and online sales.
Conduct customer behavior analysis and identify popular products, trends, and opportunities.
Monitor SEO, website traffic, and product page performance, making suggestions for improvements.
Work closely with the marketing and content team to support promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
Keep up to date with trends in Afro-Caribbean food, digital marketing tools, and audience behavior.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a digital marketing or analytics role.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms .
Comfortable working with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and online sales data.
Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data reporting and analysis.
Ability to translate complex marketing data into clear, actionable insights.
Passion for Afro-Caribbean culture, food, and community-focused businesses.
Desirable:
Experience with CRM systems and email marketing tools like Mailchimp.
Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs .
Google Analytics or Google Ads certification.
Background working in food retail or culturally led businesses.
