Step into the pivotal role of Projects Change Manager and become the catalyst behind seamless organisational transformations. As the 'change practitioner,' you'll champion the people-side of progress-crafting strategies, leading communications, championing support and training, and turning resistance into readiness. Guide teams and individuals as they navigate evolving systems, processes, and structures, ensuring every transition is smooth, energising, and empowering.

The duties of the role will include:

* Design and execute effective change management plans, including assessing impacts, mitigating risks, and continuously monitoring progress to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives.
* Proactively engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparent, consistent communication throughout the change process to foster understanding and support.
* Provide coaching, mentoring, and tailored training resources to help individuals and teams embrace and adapt to change, empowering leaders to champion new ways of working.
* Evaluate the outcomes of change initiatives by defining key performance indicators, tracking benefits, and identifying opportunities for process enhancement.
* Identify, address, and resolve resistance to change while supporting individuals and teams through challenges to ensure a smooth transition.

To be successful in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in Business Management (or equivalent business experience) with emphasis on change and people management and at least 5 years' experience as a Change Manager.

As well as:

* Proven in depth change management experience using a variety of change management methodologies
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in change management and communications
* Experience implementing changes to business processes, technologies and systems
* Hands-on experience identifying problems at an early stage and effectively solving problems
* Proven experience in working in project teams and implementing a change program of work
* Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
* Cross functional experience in digital transformation and business analysis would be advantageous
