About the Role

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be experienced in food preparation and catering, adhering to Health and Safety and Food Standard regulations. You will monitor and maintain kitchen cleaning schedules, ensuring all areas are immaculately clean, including washing up crockery and utensils when required.

About You
* Ability to manage pressure, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively at all levels.
* Acting as the link between the main kitchen and residents.
* Assisting chefs with meal plating, food trolley preparation, and keeping all preparation areas clean and tidy.
* Genuine interest in working in a care home environment.
* Previous experience in a Care Home is desirable but not essential.
* Organized and committed approach.
* Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
* Flexible to work shifts.
