Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging History lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Assess and track student progress in line with national curriculum standards
Contribute to the wider school community and departmental initiatives
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
A degree in History or a related subject
Proven experience teaching History at secondary level (KS3 & KS4)
Excellent classroom management skills
A genuine enthusiasm for the subject and for working with young people
