The Role
We are seeking a talented and driven teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join our team in a full-time role, which includes subject leadership responsibilities. This position comes with a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) payment and offers the chance to shape curriculum development and support staff across the school.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding teaching within your allocated year group.
* Lead and develop a subject area across the school, contributing to curriculum planning and staff training.
* Collaborate with colleagues to raise standards and share effective practice.
* Support whole-school improvement initiatives and community engagement.
* Play an active role in the wider life of the school.
Requirements
We’re looking for a committed and reflective professional who can bring:
* QTS and significant experience teaching in a UK primary setting.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* A passion for curriculum development and staff mentoring.
* A strong commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding.
