Sales Advisor - Motor Insurance
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Salary: £28,-£35, (DOE) + Commission
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

The Role
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through insurance options, handling queries, and delivering an exceptional service experience. From providing quotes to supporting renewals and policy changes, this is a varied role that suits someone who enjoys both sales and customer contact.
Your motor insurance experience will help you spot opportunities, build rapport, and provide solutions that meet customer needs-all while contributing to team sales targets.
What You'll Be Doing
9. Providing accurate advice and quotes for new and existing customers
10. Managing policy administration including new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
11. Delivering friendly, efficient, and compliant service
12. Supporting the team in achieving sales and service KPIs
13. Suggesting process improvements to enhance customer experience and performance
About You
