About the Role We're looking for Support Workers to join our team in Burnham-on-Sea. This is a part-time role with a unique shift pattern: ? 9am-10pm, followed by a sleep-in shift (10pm-7am), then 7am-9am the next morning You'll need a full UK driving licence to drive our company cars You'll be supporting one individual with: Autism Communication difficulties Epilepsy Learning disabilities They're independent in many ways-dressing, personal care, eating-but need support to stay safe, engaged, and happy. You'll be their everyday hero, helping them enjoy life their way. Activities include: Walks and café visits Music-filled car journeys Updating their activity board Relaxing at home with a calm, consistent presence Support is provided 1:1 at all times, with 2:1 in the community.
