Your support will help create a positive and encouraging environment where every child feels valued. What You’ll Do: Assist students with SEN during lessons and school activities to help them understand and complete tasks. Help children stay focused and engaged by providing calm and patient support. Follow individual learning plans and work closely with teachers to meet each child’s needs. Support children’s social and emotional development by encouraging positive interactions and behaviour. Observe and report on student progress to teachers, helping to shape future learning. Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and organised classroom environment. What You’ll Need: Experience working as a Special Education Needs TA or supporting children with additional needs is preferred. A calm, patient, and positive approach to working with children. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to different children’s needs.
