As a Kitchen Porter, your responsibilities will include:
* Cleaning all crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment, storing everything tidily and safely
* Cleaning all fixed equipment, tables, worktops, and floors in the kitchens and food prep areas
* Maintaining cleanliness of store-rooms and refrigerators to ensure food safety
* Regularly emptying and cleaning bins, disposing of rubbish correctly
* Assisting chefs with simple food preparation tasks as directed
