This position sits in our Chivas Brothers business. Chivas Brothers is a 1,600‑strong team across 27 sites committed to upholding the heritage of Scotch and ensuring its sustainable future, as well as reaching new audiences worldwide.
The Operational Excellence team supports our Aged Spirits & Champagne business unit to implement our Continuous Improvement program. The team is based across our sites in the UK & Ireland.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and support the implementation of our TRACC Continuous Improvement program across the Bottling & Blending function.
* Lead loss & waste analysis with the Area Manager to identify improvement strategies for 12‑month periods.
* Provide guidance and support in implementing TRACC(s), coordinating between site leadership and local task forces to keep activities aligned.
* Champion the creation and implementation of best‑practice standards and deliver strategic productivity‑saving projects.
* Facilitate cross‑functional sessions to improve business processes and reduce waste.
Change Facilitation
* Provide insights to support or challenge action/project owners.
* Assist in identifying and resolving key risk issues.
* Provide logistical support for run‑and‑improve meetings.
* Ensure the TRACC platform is optimised to support and assess the change process.
* Lead on TRACC assessments.
* Monitor and report on practice and performance progress at site leadership and task‑force meetings.
Training Support
* Support training and development of key change agents at various levels in the business.
* Assist internal trainers in coordination and delivery of training activities.
Who You’ll Be Working With
Internally, you’ll collaborate with colleagues in Bottling & Blending, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Health & Safety, Research & Development, HR and Finance.
Externally, you will work with contractors, suppliers and vendors to ensure high‑standard delivery of services.

* Previous experience in a similar role supporting change through continuous improvement or operational excellence, ideally within FMCG industries.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
* Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
* Strong facilitation skills and encouragement of creativity in individual and group settings.
