The vacancy
The Senior HR Business Partner is part of the Human Resources team and is responsible for providing strategic HR advice and guidance, leadership, and skills development to the senior leadership team and managers. This role enables employee engagement and drives cultural change.
Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, the Senior HR Business Partner manages the Senior HR Administrator and works closely with the Employee Engagement and Volunteering Manager, who oversees the HR and Volunteering Administrator.
