About the Role of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
Exciting freelance opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a pre-construction and live fit out a projects in London and surrounding area, offering a competitive day rate/salary.
An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable fit out company to working on a mixture of residential, education, commercial or retails scheme in London, valued up to £20M. The role is site-based, with potential flexibility for some remote working.
You will be joining a market-leading team, supporting the commercial and construction departments and working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager. This is a long-term role, Temp to Perm position.
Our client is well-regarded for delivering high-quality residential projects across Central London and is seeking a Quantity Surveyor who is confident, detail-oriented, and capable of working on dry lining projects.
The ideal candidate for Senior Quantity Surveyor:
Strong experience interior/fit out
fit out subcontractor or main contracting experience
Ability to manage budgets, cost control, and subcontractor packages
Measuring experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
