You'll have the chance to be involved in different aspects of the visitor experience.You may be the first face our visitors see. It’s your role to ensure that the welcome our visitors receive is perfect, and sets them up for an amazing experience for the rest of their day, ensuring they get the most out of it.This could include but is not limited to:- recommending walks, discussing membership options, helping promote our upcoming events, providing our tramper or buggy services for access requirements or even helping with the car parking.You’ll inspire visitors with our cause and purpose by being an ambassador for the great value and benefits of National Trust membership and be able to feel confident talking to visitors about this.
