An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Court of Protection Solicitor to join a reputable Norfolk-based law firm with a strong Private Client offering. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for vulnerable client work and a desire to make a real difference in the community.
The Role:
You'll be handling a diverse caseload of Court of Protection matters, including deputyship applications, statutory wills, financial management for clients lacking capacity, and liaison with families and care professionals. The firm offers high-quality work and a strong referral base.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ PQE in Court of Protection work
* A solid understanding of the Mental Capacity Act 2005
* Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy when working with vulnerable clients
* STEP membership or willingness to work towards it is an advantage
