The role:
As a front of house manager, you will lead with passion to create a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support ongoing coaching and development, drive restaurant performance, and deliver excellent results.
We are looking for someone who:
* is passionate about supporting and developing their team to uphold high standards
* has experience in shift planning and management, ensuring adequate staffing and team coaching
* has experience managing labor, rotas, and understands financial performance
