Overview
We’re looking for an experienced supernumerary Clinical Lead to lead the clinical management at Belmore Lodge in Lymington, Hampshire.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the best clinical care for residents while promoting their continued wellbeing and independence. You’ll lead the clinical team, working with nurses to drive forward clinical excellence in the home, engaging with external agencies as and when required to ensure the best possible care for our residents. You’ll be responsible for the clinical governance, undertaking audits supported by Clinical and Quality Managers. In addition, you’ll have a key role in the development of your nurse team and support of student nurses on placements.
If you want to be part of something truly special where there is opportunity to develop your career, we’d love you to apply. A member of our dedicated recruitment team will then be in touch to discuss the position in more detail. Informal discussions with our Clinical Managers and visits to the home can be arranged.
About You
You’ll have excellent clinical skills with sound judgement and great communication, able to lead with a can‑do attitude. Ideally, you’ll be a Clinical Lead, Nurse‑Qualified Deputy Manager or Clinical Head of Care, with care‑home, frailty/dementia experience. You’ll be a team player, with attention to detail and a sense of fun. You’ll inspire, motivate and manage our talented team, happily taking the lead to manage everyday tasks in the absence of the Home Manager. You’re personable and enjoy all aspects of nursing, with a positive outlook on the future of care.
