Role: Service Designer
Client: Consultancy, Public Sector
Start date: within 2 weeks of offer

Location: remote first; ad-hoc UK travel
We’re recruiting for a leading UK tech consultancy with several service design contract opportunities across two core public sector clients. Candidates must have recent experience working on UK public sector projects with service standards and must have the right to work in the UK.
Candidates should have experience in:
* Conducting user and stakeholder research to understand needs and behaviors.
* Mapping end-to-end customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
* Designing service blueprints detailing service processes and interactions.
* Facilitating co-creation workshops and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
* Prototyping services and validating through user testing and feedback.
* Developing and iterating service concepts based on research insights.
* Documenting and updating service standards, requirements, and operating models.
* Working in agile, multi-functional teams alongside designers, researchers, and engineering teams.
