We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to help shape brighter futures.
This is a full time 40 hour per week role.
Key Responsibilities
* Create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
* Support and implement care plans and behaviour strategies
* Lead and participate in activities and outings
* Promote emotional wellbeing and independence
* Maintain accurate records and safeguarding logs
* Be a positive role model and team leader
What We’re Looking For
* Experience as a senior shift leader or similar role
* Strong understanding of care planning and supporting daily needs of young people
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Compassion, flexibility, and a genuine desire to support young people (essential)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* You must hold the right to work in the UK, we cannot support applicants seeking sponsorship. (essential)
Desirable
* NVQ Level 3 in Child Workforce or Health & Social Care or equivalent
* 1+ year in residential care or supervisory roles
Shift Patterns
* Early: 7:30am–3pm
* Late: 2pm–11pm
* Long Day: 7:30am–11pm
* Sleep-In (emergency only, not a regular requirement): 11pm–7.30 am (paid additionally to the stated salary at £50/night)
