We are excited to recruit an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our customers dynamic team at a leading self-storage provider in the UK, represented by Pertemps Network Group. Based in Lincoln, with a well-established and rapidly expanding network of stores, youll play a pivotal role in managing key in-house projects, including redevelopment of existing buildings, new build, and mixed-use schemes.
What will I be paid?
* £40,000 basic salary - OTE £60,000 to £70,000 (via project completion bonus)

What will my responsibilities be?
1. Coordinating internal resources, third-party suppliers, and contractors for key projects, ensuring flawless execution
2. Ensuring timely, in-scope, and on-budget delivery of all projects
3. Developing project scopes for commercial new build or refurb projects, including clear objectives and plans for technical feasibility
