Japanese speakingAccounts Assistant - What You'll be Doing:
* Check incoming remittance and record details.
* Prepare and send monthly statements to customers.
* Create online Banking Payment files, obtain authorization of payments.
* Input data to accounting Sage 50 system.
* Check Sales/Costs information from Sales Departments.
* Collect necessary information for UK staff and Japanese expats for monthly payroll and send the information to external payroll company.
* Calculate employee’s and employer’s monthly pension contribution.
Japanese speakingAccounts Assistant - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
* Japanese mother tongue standard and English business level
* Accounting experience essential
* UK experience in payments preferred
* Sage 50 experience preferred
