Role Details
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking clients' projects from initial idea or specification through to detailed design, construction, acceptance testing, commissioning, and handover. The Project Manager may work on multiple projects depending on size and scope. The role will provide strong leadership in a matrix environment to ensure successful project delivery. The initial focus will be on large solar PV projects (20-100 MW) in the UK.

Qualifications
* Minimum 2:1 Engineering degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
* Chartered Engineer status with a recognized institution.
* Formal project management qualification (desirable).
Skills & Experience
* 5-10 years of project management experience on large infrastructure projects, preferably in solar or battery storage.
* Experience managing EPC projects under NEC or FIDIC contracts.
* Strong organizational, scheduling, risk, and change management skills.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality assurance processes.
* Leadership experience in a matrix organization.
* Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

2. Manage project planning, resources, budget, and timelines.
3. Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders.
4. Ensure project scope, goals, and deliverables meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
5. Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
6. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality throughout all phases.
7. Build and lead project teams, promote communication, and foster client relationships.
8. Support operational aspects and project development efforts.
9. Mentor project teams to implement best practices.
