We’re not just a brand, we’re a vertically integrated operation with in-house manufacturing, global D2C reach, Amazon dominance, and a fast-expanding white-label client base.
After scaling from launch to £6.5M+ revenue with a lean team, we’re now entering our next phase: international expansion, rapid innovation, and commercial growth - targeting £30M+ in revenue. To support that journey, we’re hiring a Finance Manager to help us stay financially sharp, operationally efficient, and strategically focused.
This is a pivotal role for a commercially astute, hands-on Finance Manager who thrives in high-growth environments. You’ll work closely with the Founder, Managing Director, and Business Operations Director to lead financial operations, reporting, and strategy. From managing cash flow and modelling growth scenarios to improving systems and delivering key insights, you’ll be right at the centre of the company’s scale-up story.

Liaise with external accountants and manage all statutory filing deadlines
Provide leadership and development opportunities for the existing finance team member
Commercial Finance & Cost Control
Track and report on operating cash flow, burn rate, COGS, contribution margin, and gross margin by channel
Analyse key metrics including CAC, LTV, payback periods, and working capital efficiency
Oversee inventory valuation, stock management, and cash conversion cycles
Partner with Sales and Ops to optimise pricing strategies and scenario-based forecasting
Strategic Insight, Reporting & Forecasting
Deliver timely monthly management accounts, KPI dashboards, and internal board packs
Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles
Own cash flow forecasting and long-range scenario modelling
Provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions and drive profitability, efficiency, and growth
Maintain clear visibility across P&L, balance sheet, and inventory performance
Systems & Process Improvements
Optimise financial systems and internal controls (currently NetSuite, under review)
Lead improvements to reporting workflows and integrations
Support ERP transition and new tool implementation
Design and implement scalable, future-proof finance processes

Strong commercial mindset with proven experience in forecasting and scenario planning
Advanced Excel/Sheets capability and ideally some experience of ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite)
Clear, confident communicator who can simplify complex financials into actionable insight
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
Experience with Shopify, Amazon, or multi-channel retail is a plus
What You’ll Get
Competitive salary + performance bonus
Key leadership role with direct impact on company strategy
Flexible hybrid working, with HQ based near Gatwick
