We're looking for someone with solid retail experience who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys taking ownership of a department. If you're confident working with sales figures, have some supervisory experience, and love helping customers, this could be the role for you!
Your Responsibilities
As Seasonal Plant Supervisor, you'll oversee the Seasonal Area, stepping up when the department manager is away. You'll support the team, ensure the department looks its best, and keep everything running smoothly.
You'll also work with EPOS systems, manage stock effectively, and make sure POS materials are eye-catching and up to date-always keeping sales performance in mind. And of course, your plant knowledge will help you give customers the advice and inspiration they need.
Who Are We Looking For?
First and foremost, we want a retailer who is used to working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has proven supervisory experience. If you're commercially minded, comfortable with sales figures, and have a real interest in plants or experience with seasonal products, we'd love to hear from you.
